Hydrogen production by electrolysis of water

Vanadium battery application
Low vanadium permeable ion exchange membrane for nepem-115 vanadium battery is an ion exchange membrane made by the brand new fluidization process. Because the fluidization process can be combined with doping technology, the membrane produced not only has the advantages of large tensile strength, high isotropy, high conductivity, good chemical performance and so on. Nepem membrane was added with a new fluorine resin mixture with good resistance to vanadium. After the test, the vanadium permeability decreased by more than 80% and the conductivity only decreased by 5%. Chlor-alkali industrial electrolysis applications
Nepem-41x series enhanced perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membranes are particularly suitable for use as solid electrolyte membranes in electrolytic cells, water treatment, electrodialysis, and electrolysis of gold and potassium cyanide. N-41x perfluorinated ion exchange membrane is made of perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange resin and polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe) reinforced materials. It has stable chemical properties, strong acid and alkali resistance (including royal water), large tensile strength, high electrical conductivity, good chemical properties and so on. Through PTFE reinforced mesh fabric compound enhancement, the strength is greatly improved, the swelling rate is lower.
Fuel cell application
N-21x perfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membranes are particularly suitable for use as solid electrolyte membranes in fuel cells and electrochemical sensors.
